Cancellation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Location, condo/cleanliness, and communication were all spot on! The wrap around beachfront balcony was amazing, as well as, the same floor reserved parking made this stay even better! Highly recommend!

Great location.
Next door to Pineapple Willys. The views from the balcony are amazing. Bruce is great to answer any questions and the whole check in check out process very easy. Everything you could possibly need is in the condo. Condo is super nice and clean. It’s at the end of a hallway so no traffic going by your door. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely try and stay here again when in Panama City Beach. Loved our stay.
