Description

This beautiful two bedroom condo, purchased and renovated in March of 2021, provides an excellent balance of coastal casual and luxury. You can come in from your day at the beach and enjoy the modern amenities you enjoy at home. The master bedroom has larger sliding glass doors that allows you to step out on the extended balcony to enjoy the early morning sun, or the even sunrise. The second bedroom has its own full bathroom. One of the spare rooms is a bunk room, which is perfect for the kids. The bunk room consists of two queen sized bunks. It also comes with a dedicated parking spot on the 3rd floor!

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Great place for a resort style family vacation. Staff are professional and building, grounds and pool are very well maintained. I’ll be back!

It’s great for viewing the sunset and the sunrise. Our stay was great and the condo itself is a 5 star ⭐️ cleanliness and view. I honestly recommend the stay. It’s nice and everything is practically a walk by distance with Pineapple Willys literally next door.

This condo was wonderful. It had plenty of space and was in a great location with a beautiful view. The pool area is amazing and has direct beach access. The condo was clean and had everything we need. Walmart is right across the street so we were able to go get groceries easily.

The location was great, close enough to everything that it wasn’t a hassle to go to dinner or get groceries. Great beach view from our balcony with easy access to elevators and beach front. Would definitely book this space again.
