The entire condo is available to you with your private code.

I will only meet you if you have any issues with the condo. You have complete privacy, but can rest easy that the property manager is available should any issues arise

**Easy, key-free check-in. Personal door codes for our Wi-Fi enabled door locks are emailed to the primary guest 1-3 days prior to arrival.

**ALL bedding is professionally laundered and wrapped in plastic to keep it fresh and clean for each new guest. Upon every cleaning, our top-notch housekeeping staff brings and makes the beds with not only the fresh/wrapped sheets and pillowcases, but also comforters/bedspreads, and even the extra blankets in the closets! Ask any other property owner or property manager if they provide this service to their guests!

**24 hour, 7-day a week, emergency maintenance services. If you have an emergency after-hours, you will be connected with a live, local maintenance specialist to assist with anything you may need!

Booking Rules:

*Minimum age requirement: 25
*The required down payment and a completed, signed, and returned Rental Agreement will be required to fully confirm your reservation
*All reservations may be subject to an additional refundable security deposit
*All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $200 to cover reservation handling, payment processing, as well as refund processing.

Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm CST. Excluding holidays.
