You'll have gorgeous Gulf and beach views from this one-bedroom condo at Shores of Panama on Panama City Beach! This lovely property has tall ceilings, a large balcony, and sleeps six. Shores of Panama is an incredible community, with North Florida's largest shared lagoon pool and pool deck, a beachside hot tub, indoor pool, and hot tub, sauna, steam room, spa, and poolside grill and bar! Make Shores of Panama your next destination!
Panama City Beach is known for its multitude of attractions, including golf, shopping, restaurants, and of course water sports such as sailing, fishing, parasailing and more. Shipwreck Island is only eight miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the Whiteknuckle Rapids!
Things to know:
Shores of Panama Resort charges an additional fee at check-in. This one-time charge will provide pool wristbands and two parking passes.
Parking Notes: Parking passes are obtained from the front desk for a fee determined by onsite office/HOA.. This one time charge will provide your party with 1 parking pass, please use space 710. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA. Guests are required to pay fee for parking passes and wristbands upon arrival at front desk. Overflow parking at Walmart on Front Beach Road. Front desk closes at 8 p.m. but there is a security patrol located to the left of the building upon entering resort.
Parking spot 710 is on the 7th floor coming up the garage. That is your reserved spot.
UPDATE until 2/15: The lobby for Shores of Panama will be closed for painting and tile work beginning this week and is expected to be complete by February 15th. The concierge and front desk will be temporarily relocated to the Coffee Hut and their hours may be reduced. You will still need to purchase your passes and bands from them at their temporary location. If you have questions on locating their temporary location to purchase these items, the onsite concierge/office can be reached at 850-588-3455.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the â€œDamage Waiverâ€?). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
