Booking instructions are emailed.
Payment options are Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or check. For a fee, cards are accepted except no Amex. Payment is due at the time of booking in the summer. Outside of summer, I can work with you on when to pay based on when your dates are.
The condo is not held until the rental agreement is accepted and at least partial payment is made (ie booked).

Great Condo with a Great View
Our stay was amazing at the Shores of Panama. My wife and two sons along with their two friends had the best time. Working with Jim was great. He was very responsive and answered every question we had in a timely manner. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. The master bed was very comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we need to fix our meals. The condo's view from the balcony was amazing. We spent most mornings and evenings out there people-watching. The reserved parking space was a nice bonus. The resort amenities are outstanding. We can't recommend Jim and his condo enough!

What a fantastic condo!! Fully stocked, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable!!! The view from the balcony is fantastic!!! Jim and his staff are very accommodating and attentive! They handle everything if anything arises! The facility is fabulous. There is even a "garbage shoot" in another outside room across the hall, so you don't even have to leave the floor to throw your garbage away! Highly recommend if you want a fabulous, stress free getaway!!

Happy Thanksgiving in unit 409
We had the most wonderful winter break in unit 409. It was so handy and close to everything as far as driving not to mention the parking garage was on the same level. The only time we needed to use the elevator was to go down to the beach or the pool. The views are great! The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware we just bought groceries and mostly cooked our meals just like we would at home.
