This is a beautiful large condo with beach & sunset Views.  The unit is on the 17th floor and has up to two parking passes.

• The third full bathroom has a stand-up shower stall at the end of the bunk bed hallway.

Starters - The condo will come with starters of the following items toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

The kitchen features white cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.  There is seating at the island bar and a dining room table with seating for six.  In addition, the kitchen will have a standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, dishware, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, and a pizza pan.

We require the PRIMARY RENTER to be at least 18.  If the group does not include a Parental Primary Renter, we may require a higher refundable deposit.  Must provide photo ID/Driver's License.
